Want to get the most out of your 30 days? Consider keeping a gentle little Rooibos diary – nothing fancy, just your thoughts and sips. You can try:
- Noting how many cups you drink each day
- Jotting down any changes in your mood, sleep, digestion or energy
- Snapping pics or writing about how you’re feeling physically or mentally
- Sharing fun recipes or creative ways you’ve used Rooibos (iced latte, anyone?)
- Posting updates to social media using #RooibosReset to stay inspired and connect with fellow Rooibos lovers
