That’s exactly what Reach For A Dream’s Night of Dreams Gala Dinner promises to deliver on Saturday, 26 July 2025, in partnership with Dineplan, at the ever-glamorous Mount Nelson, A Belmond Hotel, in Cape Town.

This isn’t just any gala. It’s an unforgettable evening where generosity takes centre stage and hope takes flight. For over three decades, Reach For A Dream has been making magic happen for children living with life-threatening illnesses by bringing their dreams to life during unimaginably tough times.

The Night of Dreams Gala Dinner is one of the Foundation’s biggest annual fundraisers, and every ticket sold helps turn another dream into a life-changing reality. From meeting a hero to flying in a plane for the first time, these moments are powerful reminders that even in hardship, joy and courage can shine through.

This year’s soirée comes with a sprinkle of extra sparkle thanks to Dineplan, the official booking partner. They’ve made it delightfully easy to grab your seat (or table) for the evening. And what an evening it will be. Hosted in the beautiful Mount Nelson Ballroom, guests will be treated to a fabulous three-course meal designed by the legendary Chef Liam Tomlin, a long-time friend of the Foundation.

With Graeme Richards charming us as host and South Africa’s comedy darling Marc Lottering bringing the laughs, expect an evening full of heart, humour and inspiration. There’ll be moving stories, unforgettable performances, and plenty of reminders of the power of a dream.
